In the intelligence-driven world, humans and Artificial Intelligence (AI) work together harmoniously. In the red world, computer algorithms are the competitors that we are fighting with, and the digital platform is the place where we can share our innovations limitlessly. One-third of humans' jobs have been done by AI and Robots. While machines cannot replace human beings because of humanity which is the key element in the evolution of civilisation. The pros and cons of humans will be analysed below then the important skills of individuals will be illustrated. Finally, a practical plan to adapt and implement will be provided.

  1. Self-Awareness

Self-awareness is the capability of humankind that understand our own values, personal preferences, and tendencies. The desires of transcending things and resolving problems begin with awareness and intention. It’s our consciousness to be free of something that has caused us, or is still causing us, pain that allows us to start the process of understanding, deconstructing, and ultimately dissolving it.

2. Curiosity

We have a deeply curious nature and our curiosity lets us do utterly unproductive things. When our existing knowledge cannot satisfy our curiosity, we will continue to develop towards much more complex questions and solutions.

However, there are still some cons that exist so we can never do better than a machine.

1. Mental& physical exhaustion

We do make mistakes. As human beings, we are unable to meet constant demands and have the feeling of being overwhelmed, emotionally drained. On the contrary, machines can work continuously 24/7.

2. The ability of data analysis

Computer algorithms can analyse massive data information and develop a description, which we might need a certain time to determine the best decision, accurately and efficiently.

In order to thrive in the red world, the ability of cross-disciplinary learning and critical thinking are acquired by individuals. Machines may replace laborers because the activities have higher rates of automation and usually take place in a predictable environment, while AI can never have the skills of management and leadership.

Learning cross-disciplinary can help us contribute to the creation of innovations. We should not have limited ourselves to the scope of one and only discipline. Having cross-disciplinary professionalism could provide us with creativity and uniqueness. In addition, learning to learn and developing critical thinking make us work effectively and independently.

Being a well-cultivated critical thinker will be the goal of living a red world. Participating in IT projects or international programs so as to adopt those important skills practically. Keeping our curiosity and absorbing abundant information from different fields all the time would be the most important goal of my life.

AI will play an essential role in providing some of the productivity boosts but humans will find a way to be the leader of automation.
